I give notice that the Annual General Meeting of the District of East Cheshire will take place:

11.00am prompt.

 

The meeting will be held under the warrant of Toft Chapter Rose Croix 897 and is open to all members of the Ancient & Accepted Rite in the District. Members of the 18° are especially encouraged to attend.

 

This year the meeting will be attended by Ill∴Bro Kai Hughes 30° District Recorder for the District of SE Lancashire who will present an illustrated explanation entitled:

From 1 to 33 degrees.

The Importance of the Scottish Rite in American Craft Freemasonry

​

The presentation will be given once the Chapter is closed and is open to non-Rose Croix Masons who will also be welcome to attend the lunch. This is a fascinating presentation of interest to every Freemason as Ill∴Bro Kai recalls his time as an American Freemason and his personal reflections and recollections. This is an ideal opportunity for your Chapter to introduce potential new candidates to our Order.

Chapters in the District are expected to be represented by their MWS and Generals together with the Recorder and Director of Ceremonies. A roll call of Chapters will be called.

​

Attendance is encouraged by all members within the District and most especially members of the 18° Degree. The District expects members of the 31° and 32° to attend.

The meeting will be followed by lunch priced at £35.00 per person of:

​

Glazed goats cheese, red onion chutney on a bed of rocket.

​

Corn-fed chicken breast, mushroom and garlic cream sauce, herb roasted potato & garden greens

​

Baked vanilla cheesecake, berry compote

​

Coffee or tea

​

A glass of wine is included.
